Mr. Franco,

I would like to see more information concerning title abstracting. Due to the foreclosure mess, the rules have changed for title searching. I can tell you that I have been in the Title industry for over 22 years and have experienced just about everything, but the foreclosures open a whole new world. The question I propose- What do title searchers/abstractors have to really look for on foreclosures now?
