I am a very experienced Georgia Title Examiner/Abstactor looking for a full time inhouse position with a local Georgia law firm, tilte insurance company, or local REO company. I have 18+ years experience in the title industry and the 5 years prior to that was spent running an instrument on a survey crew with some drafting of surveys and pre-survey courthouse research towards the end. I would be considered highly qualified in just about any career in real estate and for those areas that i'm not, I am a fast study. I believe in being on time or early everyday. The first to arive and the last to leave. I don't believe in just sitting around  collecting a paycheck, if someone is doing that, well its time for them to start looking for anouther job. I love title work, or else i wouldn't still be trying to hold on and stay at it. When I win the lottery one of these days (soon i hope) I'm fairly sure I will keep doing titles thats how much I love what I do, and I thank GOD for that everyday. I am a family man with family values, and one of those values is to put in an honest days work, and whatever else it takes to provide for their every need. I know its a bold move in these days and times that we are in to hire someone, however, I give you this promise if given the chance, I will show myself as an asset and not as a deficit to your company.

Thank you all, for every consideration,

                                                                          Kip
