I want to share a copy of a Deed that has been sent to me today for review and "approval" in a case I am handling.
The instant case is one where Fannie Mae is the seller. The trustee's deed into Fannie Mae has not yet been recorded, nor do I have a copy of that deed. But, the copy of the deed that was sent to me for review and "approval" grants from Fannie to my buyer, it is signed, but it is not witnessed, dated or notarized!
Now will someone please tell me how I am supposed to handle this???
When I get the original from the f/c firm it will of course be dated, witnessed and notarized. Am I to question the validity of this instrument? Wouldn't you?
Oh, I grow weary.
