Hello : This question is primarily to those settlement and closing companies that are now having to use the new HUD-1, Previously I was listed as as receipient of my fee on the HUD-1- now it seems as though it is being buried along with "other" settlement fees. Is this the new way to handle these fees or is it just another way to add kickback fees to what we do and not let anyone really know where the money is going? Any help would be appreciated and how do I get the settlement companies to list me on the HUD-1 as it did before?
