Just how far do y'all go in explaining a search to your clients?  I have a situation that is a commercial search with tons of crap in the back chain.  The property came in from three places; then an out sale; then ANOTHER piece was added.  Then a mortgage into the company.  Then the company QC'd to the owners of the company who put on another mortgage under THEIR names.

The client can't map.  At all.  Period.  I kept telling them that this is something their examiner has to work on (mapping it all out, etc.) but they insist this is "just a report" to a mortgage company.

I have already pissed them off and I don't want to press my luck.  I dug in as much as I could.  (Unfortunately, the abstractor is on vacation this week and I do NOT feel like mapping all this out myself when THEY should be doing it.)  So what would you do?
