No, not the type of alien that is human and born in a foreign nation on Earth, but rather the non-Terrestrial immigrant types.

A woman came into the San Mateo County Recorders' Office this afternoon, demanding to record a picture of an alien. She bounced between Vital Records (I'm guessing that she wanted to marry the alien as well), and the Recording Clerk staff for title records.

She was belligerent and threatened to bring in the FBI if the county would not provide her with a list of everyone who committed suicide and why.

She then left and came back briefly, fleeing when the staff contacted the Sheriff.

I guessed that she could have managed her research needs better by using the public library to search obituaries and then order the specific death certificates which would bear cause-of-death data. Also, as to her alien picture, she could have made it an Exhibit attachment to a recordable document like a declaration of CC&R's or a power of attorney and it would have been just fine.

I didn't want to become her target so I let the county staff handle this wing-nut. Great entertainment value, though.
