I received a phone call from this company today requesting a price quote for a full commercial cell tower search.  They are not a current customer of ours, so i decided to check Source of Title and Abstractor Watchdog to see if they were a company with whom i'd like to do business.  as it turns out, there are multiple posts on the web about their lack of timely payment.  when i discovered this i called the gentleman back and let him know that we would be happy to quote the search, but if he liked our quote we would need payment up front before we could begin searching.  (not an unreasonable request, considering the posts i've seen about the company).  he said he'd have to speak to his supervisor, and called me back a few minutes later to let me know that they would not need the quote and to please ignore/delete the request.    I just thought i should share this experience with you all.
