I really appreciate this site as well.  I have gotten new business and been informed as to other clients not to take on.  I enjoy the verbal banter for the most part and logging on to SOT is a morning rountine for me. My sincere wish and prayer is that this New Year is prosperous for all the hard working abstractors out there trying to do good work while making a living!  Thank you very much, Robert!!
