Just thought I would let you know not to do any work for Smitty.  He has owed me over $500 since October 29, 2010.  He has told me in the past that his client would pay him in 60 days.  Sixty days was up on January 1, 2011.  I cannot get him to respond to a phone call, text, or email.  Sent him an email and told him that I was going to file a judgment against him.  After a quick check of judgments in Richland County, I will have to get in line, since he is being foreclosed on and has other outstanding judgments and liens. 

Be careful.  You can't even trust another abstractor to pay you.  I will collect my money.  I will go to Columbia, hunt him down in a courthouse or at home and get my money in cash.  I don't play.
