Source of Title Forums: A non -disclosure scenario

This article is about an ongoing event here in our area on the coast of Maine. Looks like the Realtor part is over with... now we'll see what happens regarding the non-disclosure by the owners and the title insurance issues. I understand they are still on-going issues by the plaintiff. Talk about a slap on the wrist here.
