You know this is not the case. I will not dicuss this publicly and have spoken to your office three times in the past week, as well as have emails from myself and from your office in the past week. You also know that there is no bogus tracking number. I do not conduct business in that way and will not participate in this. I will continue to contact my contact from your office until this matter is resolved. However it will be in a private and professional manner.
