Came back to the office , after doing a full days work for Genesis to this e-mail.

This email is to inform you that Genesis Servicing Corporation has gone out of business.  We have stopped our operations and are unable to make a payment to you this month.  We are trying to avoid bankruptcy and will be making an offer of settlement to various creditors (including you) soon.  Bankruptcy will only make the situation more costly and leave less money available to pay Genesis's creditors.
