I am proficient in searching/examining all types of orders:  residential, subdivision, commercial,  special projects and foreclosure; to include metes and bounds descriptions, examining documents, underwriting procedures, training and supervising staff, interfacing and corresponding with the escrow department and clients.  I have written preliminary reports, trustee sale guarantees, litigation guarantees, commitments and junior loan policies.  I have over 12 years experience in numerous counties throughout California as well as additional experience in Arizona, Nevada and Utah.  I am available to telecommute or work in-house within the greater San Jose, California area.  Resume available upon request.
