We also think the signatures may be fake but have no way of proving.  As for the underwriter, I could not believe their reaction--just bolstered my opinion that they are moving quickly to casualty insurance in our industry.  Just keep rolling the dice as long as profits exceed claims paid--they win and we lose, pay our deductible and they submit a claim to our E & O.
