I think that a new product should be offered by Gypsys: a Paranormal Title Report. The PTR would be an amalgamation of Ouiji Board results, dream interpretation, divining rod use, and prayers. We would disclose the "Spiritual Parcel Number" of the lot, the debt in "Soul taxes", and existing supernatural liens.
