WOW!! 

I keep reading about these low ball fees and only wish I could get a an abstractor in any of my jurisdictions to do an abstract for less than $150.00!  Really, though, you do get what you pay for and I  can honestly say that I have never had any client balk at that fee.  What is different in your jurisdictions than in Maryland that would enable a full and complete abstract to be done for $25.00.
