Richard, I love your analogy. You are absolutely correct. You get what you pay for. I am curious, however as to how the customer responded. Did he agree? Is he now a customer? Did he try to beat you up on price, or is he going with the cha]eaper, Dollar Store version? Also, was there any discussion about how his Underwriter views the title abstracting. If the underwriter doesn't care, perhaps he won't either.... Jeanine
