I just read the link to "The Ingham County, Michigan Register of Deeds has found 60 recorded documents that fit the profile of fraudulent documents generated by DocX, as seen in a recent 60 Minutes segment."  and in the article it said "In Michigan, filing a fraudulent document in my office is a 14-year felony".  Which made me wonder, what is the responsiblity/liability of the abstractor that recorded the document for Docx? (or for any other robo signing company)  Has the abstractor committed fraud by recording the document for them?
