We recently had an odd situation arise. Our client requested that - instead of notifying them when we saw a problem - simply submit the document and get a formal rejection. not a super unusual request, except that the clerk in question is frequently less diligent than we are and will record the flawed document resulting in all kinds of issues.
We politely told the client that we would continue to notify them of problems that arise and that it was then up to them to decide on how to proceed.
