I just received a request to sign up with this company.  If you go to their website and start the process, you'll see that one of the first things you bump into is "ValuNet" (ValuAmerica), that silly set up where they expect the abstractors to pay a "technology fee" to get the work! 

I sent ISS a note explaining that I've been down this road before and just can't participate.  I told them to give me a call if they drop ValuNet.   I haven't talked to a single abstractor in Michigan who will deal with the whole ValuNet set-up.
