I have a colleague in Palm Beach FL who has a law firm which specializes in real estate transactions. They are looking for a full time closer. This is an in-office position located on Palm Beach Island. Paralegal credential is helpful but not necessary. Experience arranging closing packages, HUD's, and the associated administration is what they are looking for.
