If 30% of homeowners are underwater, why aren't the banks and our government modifying their loans to keep them in their houses? I don't understand this...If 30% of people who own homes go under- the economy would absolutely collapse.....
Have I missed something? Last year...there was a pretty robust program to help homeowners sta in there homes....It kept my business pretty busy. Did the Republican's discontinue this program? BEcause since they regained the house in November of 2010, buisness from this program has dropped off the charts....and we're basically down to being as slow as we've ever been....
Did the republicans stop funding the mortgage adjustment program? And why would they do that?
