Is it just me or has title work (abstracting) come to an end.  I've been doing this for almost 20 years.  I've seen good times and bad, but never have seen it this slow for this long.  How are others coping?  We can only pay bills from savings for so long.  Another job is not the answer, there are NO other jobs.

Any suggestions?  I'm all ears.
