I have had the pleasure of two conversations with their National Title Manager &, after looking at the matter in detail, it appears that the only reason I wasn't fully paid was due to an accounting software glitch of some sort. He assured me & I believe him, that I will be paid promptly for my work & that there was never an intention to commit fraud on their part.
That being said, I am very appreciative of his efforts on my behalf. On the whole, my experience with New Millenium was positive. I never had any problems with any of the titles, or title issues that needed to be handled. Their staff was always pleasant & professional. It appears my only difficulty is with the accounting software, which problem is well on its way to being fixed.
It's possible, that I may never get another title from them after all this, but even if that happens, I think that they have shown by their actions yesterday that they are a decent company to work for. To have the National Manager call showed a willingness on their part to do whatever needed to be done to fix what was wrong.
