I was also approached to sign on with Altisource and went thru all the extreme paperwork and hoop jumping to be added to their vendor list.  I checked them out and did some background check about this business and the people running it and after finding out that the vendor coordinator lives in South America, I concluded that it would be awefully hard to chase someone down for the money they owed you for theft of services when they were in another country.  Additionally, they have only been around as an LLC for less than 2 years and never been in the title search business. I concluded that they were not all that familiar with all  our job encompasses and decided not to work for them. I also spoke with someone in FL who had done a little bit of work for them, he was not thrilled with all the full copies of the SD's he had to provide, scan and type the orders and be paid $45, but they never could provide me with ANYONE that was working for them in GA.   Your call!
