When the Registry of Deeds is notified of an error in an index listing, and the Registry corrects the error, should it be required to note on the index listing that a change has been made?  We see it a lot up and many of us notify the Registry office of the error and they correct it.  However, only a few are aware that an error has been corrected.  Do other states or counties make a notation?  Your thoughts.
