Formerly Genisis...and yes, they are. At it again. I hoped they had changed, and did an emergency job for them. The same old issue with trying to get paid. It's a measely $22.00! If I can't get that, how many people are really getting stiffed? It has been 90 days. I even gave them the benefit of not complaining too much until 60 days had passed, since that was their former guideline. I sent official invoices. Now I have gotten the famous phone call, wanting to "discuss" my invoice. What's to discuss? I did the emergency update. The cost was $22.00. I invoiced it. Three times. The issue isn't the $22.00. But I hope anyone having previous experience with Genisis will think twice before working for Red eDocs in the future.
