We had to go with a high end HP (HP LaserJet M3035xs MFP) to get it all and it had to be hard wired into our network despite the wireless card that is part of the package.  The machine we purchased only prints in black & white, but that is all a title company usually needs. There is a model that does it all in color if that is what your office needs. But, we have another printer that prints color when it is needed, which isn't often. The document feeder holds up to 50 pages. The machine has 2 drawers so you can use multiple paper sizes. We have had no complaints from clients about the quality of the scans. Of course, about once a month we have to run a cleaner sheet through the feeder for proper maintenance of all of the parts. We replace the toner cartridge about once a year, but your mileage on that will vary with your usage.
