I had somewhat the same experience about a year ago.  They emailed out a clear blue sky & started with an order that had to be completed ASAP (as in they needed it back that afternoon), with the promise of dozens & dozens more orders  to follow.  When I attempted to get some information from them about their company, they went away & I haven't had any real contact with them since, although I do get requests for my social security number from them from time to time.
