Our experience has been "NEVER DO WORK FOR THEM AGAIN!"

We tried to get paid for work from November 2011-through March 2012. When we would call them for payment or anything else at all hours of the day, we got a message that they were closed. No responses by emails.

One gentelman (I use this term loosly) called about a status report on an order we were holding for payment. I informed him that we would be unable to complete this order until payment in full. He informed me that it wasn't his job to see that payments were made and called me "unprofessional". I think his name was Jason or something that starts with a "J".

Finally after doing much research on this company, we discovered who to email to asking how we are suposed to get paid. It was then revealed that we must send invoices on their website (after 4 months,) but didn't give us the details on how to submit the information. We did get some details on what was needed so they would pay us.

Prior to that they requested that we send about 42 invoices to them. We sent them to 3 different people multiple times, with no payment in sight.

Finally after about the 6th time we emailed invoices, we received a check for them, without paying us for the copies. The copies totalled more than $400.00. We gave them a discounted price on the orders to begin with. So it was a huge loss for us.

Now they say send us what we owe you. My thought is "how many times do we have to send the information, before we finally get paid for the work we did for you? This means that we get to manually enter all 42 copies on their website and we MAY get paid! I just ran out of energy on this company. THANKS FOR THE OPPURTUNITY TO RANT!!

Sharon
