Do you know who the principal party in this LLC is? If so, I would sue in Magistrate's (Small Claims Court).

It appears that the Lonon Law Firm has some connection with Southeastern, as the address for both is identical. You may possibly have redress through the SC Bar. In looking up Lonon Law Firm, they are located in a house. It would be difficult to separate the two entities. The law firm specializes in real estate transactions.
