I removed this from the Blogs, as it more appropriately belongs here in the forum. It is an interesting question - and have not heard anything about this.
I was just wondering if anyone else is feeling uncomfortable about going into peoples homes late at night to do a closing? I have had the requests more and more because not only those refinancing their home but also purchasing a FSBO home wanting to close after hours in a house. I remember a while ago that they were trying to push through legislature that this could not happen and that all closings must occur during business hours in either the realtors, title company or motgage company's office. I have not heard anything since. It just seems to unsafe and that especially women are the ones taking the risks. Does anyone else have an opinion on this?
