Well here we go again posting another can't get paid message on SOT. My list is growing longer every day of all the bad pay companies of which to stay clear.  So, Mortiles out of Baltimore now owes me for 3 titles (2) of which are past 60 days.  Spoke with a nice gentleman that spoke very poor English and was clearly forwarding office calls to his cell phone (background noise sounded like he was in a shopping mall or subway station.)  My question to other abstractors is "Why don't we take back our industry so to speak.  Form an alliance and keep these predators out of business before they put us out of business?"  I am kicking myself  right now for continuing to do work based on a promise to get caught up on invoices in arrears by the owner of this company.
