Do you know where we can complain about non-payment?

I don`t mean BBB because they can`t help with company which don`t want to pay.

Court is too long story.

Probably FTC can help?

I already know that we can file complain to Attoney of general in those state where company located. I sent complain about another company not this but I hope it will help you all.
