The Robo-Signer Search

A national title company is offering a robosigner search at the national level for $375 to help attorneys identify robo-signers in assignments, mortgage and foreclosure documents. I wonder if a similar search at the local level might be even more useful to attorneys preparing pleadings or prospecting for potential clients.

I compared a list of known robo-signers with some of the documents we have on file and was shocked at the number of matches I found. I’m considering developing a local search product to offer attorneys and I wanted to get some feedback here on SOT.
