I was looking for something to liven up the discussion board a little and got this idea from a similar post over on LinkedIn.  If you were to put together a “jukebox for title examiners & abstractors”, what are some “title industry theme songs” you could think of to fill it?  It can be anything related to abstracting, title insurance or mortgage lending.  A few examples:

“I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” – U2;
“Dazed & Confused” – Led Zeppelin;
“Take the Money and Run” - The Steve Miller Band;
