This company has a product just for abstractors which greatly reduces the rate since we are not being lumped in with title agents and closers. My former rate was about $1600 but was going up to about $2400. This company has a self rating program. My new rate will be $925/year!

So far the service has been excellent. Megan is prompt, friendly, and professional, but a bit swamped due to the success of the program. It did take a 2 or 3 days for her to get back to me, but we are in process and should have coverage in less time than any other company I have worked with.
