We are looking for experienced independent/freelance abstractors for all of Virginia, Maryland and DC. We are interested in abstractors who can do searches at the Courthouse and provide copies of all relevant documents, including actual copies of judgments and liens.   We are looking for all types of searches, from document retrievals through full searches, and everything in between. We’d appreciate receiving your information, including your coverage area, fee schedule, turn times and E&O coverage.
