We have recently decided to phase out one of our vendors as we were not getting our searches completed up to our clients requirements. This has left a significant gap in our coverage and we are looking to fill in the blanks. Our VA. operations are currently suspended so we are looking for any and all viable candidates to help us get going once more. We work in volume orders and ideally we would like to work with independent abstractors or small regional vendors. The main concern is that we are provided with close, responsive access to the abstractor so that we can coordinate, confer, and update our abstractors with issues from clients and vice versa. See below for the major problem counties we are experiencing coverage issues with. If you have pricing outside of these counties feel free to send them in as well. Also, if you have already sent us your VA. pricing, but we have not replied please re-send them, especially if you did not have a title or company name included. We have many rate tables in our files that we could use right now, but I simply don't know who sent them to us. Thus, we can't utilize them.
