Has anyone else had problems using the First American Document's website on trying to upload completed orders.
It seems the majority of the time when I try using their upload tool, I get the following ERROR message...
An unexpected error has occurred!
The problem has been logged and the support team has been notified via e-mail.
Please try your request again. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you need further assistance, please contact Technical Support.
In this modern day & age, I don't have a fax line and work via the internet. To submit via fax only, I've been utilizing SRFax, but this is getting to be non-cost effective.
Does anyone have a workaround with Corelogic?
