Source of Title Forums: Unisource Title Company?

Has anyone ever heard of Unisourse Title Company out of Arkansas? They sent me 7 orders today all requiring full copies so Im a bit nervous. Their billing address is a CPA and they have no website. The signature line on the orders does say they are a Inc. but I checked out the Arkansas Secretary of State Website and no Corporation exsists. I spoke with the owner and she seemed pleasant and said they used to be Expedia Title, which I also couldn't find much on and that they were a new company. Anyone have any feedback?
