We just learned disturbing news about the Franklin County Ohio Recorder's office.   Although the indexing is up to date on manual filings, they are two weeks behind on indexing e-filings.  They seemed to think it was not a big deal as the stuff we have filed is indexed.  It seems this issue has been going on for over a month, and no one has been informed.  So nice to have a new politician in office that let go of all the folks that understood what we are doing.
