Same here, we send all of customers an end of the month statement, if payment is not received by the 12th of the month...give or take a few days...they are cut off.  Knowledge splice has always paid us, great company to work for, I have no problems with any of the people, very easy to deal with actually.  We have been working with them for 2 to 3 years.
