We've done work for them for a long time. We were owed $10,000 at one point. They ended up paying after much harassment from me. In the last year the have been paying fine. BOA hired them as a servicer and they simply could not handle the volume I think. BOA ended up coming back to my company. They may have implemented a system now. They sent us an email this week stating they are using auto-pay on the 15th and 30th of the month. We'll see...to post a reply: login - or - register
