I am looking for a new software program to manage production of search orders placed.

Program must include tracking each phase of process of individual orders, including assigning each order to personnel, payroll, expenses, images, and it must be able to download bank accounts, it must have a Multi user license of at least 3 and all financial entries must be able to communicate with each other (to show a breakdown of Invoice and cost / distribution) to get a full picture of what is happening now.

Currently I use Quicken Home and Business 2013, I have also attempted QuickBooks (Contractor 2013 edition) but am still not getting a clear current picture.

Any suggestions - I’m sure would be helpful?
