This is way beyond my tech skills to post, but I just watched an odd video piece on Yahoo on an "emerging trend" in real estate selling called "try it before you buy it" that is precisely what it sounds like.  A potential buyer gets to live in the condo/house they are considering purchasing for 12-24 hours. 

It sounds like a non-starter to me because of the potential for mischief, but the broker did throw up a map on the wall & apparently it's available in quite a few states & it is becoming a valid selling tool.   

Anybody know anything about this?  Anybody know how to post videos lol??
