Micro development, one house lot at a time in Buffalo New York. Interesting concept & the prices are certainly right if you have enough sweat equity to put into it. Certainly beats absentee landlords & this, is also a good, if small-scale contrast to the developers cited in the article in the Times from a month ago about national companies buying up great swathes of foreclosed homes & installing renters in them.
Now, if only the Bills could start winning on a regular or even semi-regular basis...
