No offense taken, Mr. Franco.  I could agree with you--but then we’d BOTH be wrong...  And you couldn't be more wrong about your premiums going up "because people get free care".  The insurance business simply doesn't work that way.

(incidentally, I think the regime made a big mistake by not commissioning you and Slade to design the healthcare.gov website!)
