I've seen numerous complaints over the years about the slow pay and lack of pay from Wayne Schutt, the owner of Eclipse Real Estate Services, and Revelations Abstract Services.  I've worked for them for several years, and have had a very friendly relationships with some of the employees there. I always took up for them, as they were slow to pay, but did eventually pay.  Well, this time, is too long even for me, ( several months ) and I'm pretty patient about getting paid.  I cut them off some time ago, but I'm still $ 2,929.50 in the hole. And what adds salt to the wound is that they always want full copies - which I paid out of pocket.  Now my buddies there have all found new jobs, and the accountant, Cindy, and Wayne, will not return email, or phone calls.  Serves me right for not nipping this in the bud years ago.  So, to any of you out there who are now, or may consider doing work for them, just be careful, and don't let them get extended. Maybe have them pay net 30,  because I'm proof that sooner or later, 'eventually' may be 'never'. Luckily, I have attorneys in the family =(to post a reply: login - or - register
