Full OR Part Time position available

- Must have 2-5 years’ recent experience performing the duties listed below
- Title insurance experience preferred, but not required

- Candidate will work with the closer to prepare files for closing, obtain items needed for settlement statement, balance closing files, disburse files after closing and resolve post-closing issues that may arise.

- Candidate must have experience working on refinance & purchase files.
- Candidate must be skilled at customer service and work well as part of a team & autonomously. Must be detail oriented to ensure that all client files are handled in compliance with office and underwriting guidelines.
